GROUP YOGA CLASSES
One and half hour classes in small groups. Practice for all age groups,
irrespective of experience, physical condition and physical challenge.
Groups are small in order to provide personal attention and care of
individual needs. The practice composes of pranayama (breathing
techniques), asana practice (exercises, body postures), deep relaxation
and/or meditation and chanting.
Days of practice (may change some weeks):
Please book at least 24 hours in advance of practice day.
