The Aristaeus mill is a traditional family business based in Lithakia Zakynthos. Their story begins back in 1850 with a traditional animal-powered press, part of which survives today. Then came the metal presses and then later still the hydraulic presses.

Since then the technology has evolved and the need for a modern mill in 2008 led us to set up in our village a modern unit for the ecological processing of olives.
