Iperagathos MTB trail

Explore the area of the now abandoned, Iperagathos Monastery situated at a plateau on the west side of mount Vrachion. Its importance is significant to Zakynthos’ culture and history.

Riders will go around Kiliomeno and Loucha, two of the best preserved and most beautiful villages of the island. The viewpoints around the route are many and include the west side of Zakynthos, magnificent vineyards and the gorgeous landscape of the lower Island.

Most the course is flat and moderate, except some really rugged and uphill sections. It is suggested mainly to MTB enthusiasts, but some less experienced could handle it well.
